Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing one of our courses. We make certain that our users have a positive experience while discovering, evaluating, and purchasing our courses, whether they are instructor-led or self-paced. The Refund Policy, like any other online purchase, is subject to terms and limitations. When you purchase a training course from BI Consultant Group, you agree to our Privacy Statement, Terms of Service, and Return Policy.
The following is our refund policy:

Online Trading Cancellation & Refunds

For Self-Paid Learning:

Submit a refund request within 7 days of the course purchase. If the participant has accessed more than 25% of the information or downloaded the E-Book, the money-back promise is null and invalid. Any refund request made more than 7 days after purchasing the course will be denied, and no refund will be issued.

For Instructor-Led Traning:

Raise a refund request within 7 days after the course purchase. If a participant has viewed more than 25% of any e-learning course's content has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings for more than one day, the money-back promise is null and void.
Furthermore, if a consumer downloads the course's E-Book, the money-back promise is null and void. Any refund request made more than 7 days after purchasing the course will be denied, and no refund will be issued.

For Classroom Traning:

On exceptional measures like insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure circumstances, BI Consultant Group retains the right to postpone/cancel an event or modify its venue (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)

  • If BI Consultant Group cancels an event, the delegate will receive a full refund.
  • If a delegate cancels 10 business days (or more) before the event, 10% of the total paid price will be withheld, and the remainder will be reimbursed to the delegate
  • No reimbursements will be issued if a delegate cancels within 10 business days (or less) of the event.
  • If BI Consultant Group cancels an event, all course costs will be reimbursed in full. Travel, logistics, and other personal expenses paid by learners/participants, however, will not be reimbursed.
  • Participants who fail to attend both days of the course will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
